By using our services or booking a cab through our platform, you agree to:

2. Booking Process

• Bookings must be made through our website or authorized platforms.
• You will receive confirmation via email upon successful booking.
• You are responsible for verifying trip details before confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Fare includes base fare and driver charges.
• Extra charges may apply for tolls, taxes, and extra distance.
• Payments can be made online or directly to the driver.

4. Trip Changes and Cancellations

• Trips can be modified or canceled as per our cancellation policy.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen issues.

5. User Responsibilities

• Be punctual at the pickup location.
• Provide correct and honest details.
• Respect the driver and vehicle.
• Do not carry illegal or dangerous items.

6. Service Limitations

• We act as a booking platform and do not directly operate vehicles.
• We are not responsible for delays due to external factors.
• We are not liable for lost items or misconduct by third parties.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if:

• False information is provided.
• There is abuse or violation of these terms.

🎁 Voucher Terms & Conditions – Shopping Vouchers up to ₹2,000

1. Offer Summary

Customers can receive shopping vouchers worth up to ₹2,000 upon completing a qualifying ride. The exact voucher amount may vary based on the ride type, offer availability, and ongoing campaigns.

2. Voucher Value

Voucher amount is not fixed and may range from ₹50 to ₹2,000. Sample values include ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, etc., depending on eligibility. The phrase "up to ₹2,000" indicates the maximum possible value and is not guaranteed for all bookings.

3. Eligibility

Only customers who complete a paid booking through our official website, app, or WhatsApp number are eligible. Cancelled or unpaid rides will not qualify for this offer.

4. Voucher Distribution

Vouchers will be delivered via WhatsApp, SMS, or email within 48–72 hours after the ride is completed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.

5. Voucher Usage

Vouchers can be redeemed for shopping or lifestyle purchases on third-party platforms. They are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing brand and cannot be used toward cab fare.

6. Offer Validity

This promotion is valid until June 30 2025 or while supplies last. VGNS Taxi reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.

The voucher value varies per booking. Receiving ₹2,000 is not guaranteed for every customer or ride.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
