Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 27 May 2025

1. Booking Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made more than 1 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 1 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of ₹500.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the driver has reached the pickup location.

2. Booking Cancellation by VGNS Taxi

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, driver emergencies), the full booking amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
• If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please contact our support team.
